Some things have not changed in that time. We still provide service as far north as Springboro, Ohio, as far east as Sardinia, Ohio, as far west as Aurora, Indiana and as far south as Falmouth, Kentucky.<\/p>

Providing excellent customer service to all our customers is still priority #1. We provide the most educated & trained technicians in the industry. We still sell extended warranty contracts for all appliances and we do not discontinue the coverage after your appliance is 5 years old as most contracts do. You can be reassured the company that sells you the contract will be the company that services your appliance.<\/p>

You will be speaking with a company representative that lives in your area. That knows the difference between New Richmond and Newport. Their only job is to make sure the customer is serviced as soon as possible.<\/p>

So remember\u2026providing you, the customer, the best possible service is still our #1 priority.<\/p>
